Biography
Amy Edmondson is the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School, where she has served on the faculty for nearly 30 years since 1996. Her research and teaching focus on organizational learning, psychological safety, leadership, and teaming. She is the author of multiple influential books, including THE RIGHT KIND OF WRONG: The Science of Failing Well and THE FEARLESS ORGANIZATION: Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace for Learning, Innovation, and Growth. Earlier in her career, Edmondson served as Chief Engineer at the Buckminster Fuller Institute and as Director of Research at Pecos River Learning Centers. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and a Master's degree in Psychology from Harvard University.
